A H Khan & Co was founded by Late Mokshad Hossain Khan in 1964. The company started its journey by providing transportation service to the largest multinational FMCG company in the country. In 1984, Mr.Abu Hossain Khan took over the family business and expanded its operations with newer line of business units like distribution, warehousing, material handling, inland shipping and outsourcing services.

With strict adherence towards compliance, the company has logistics partnership with 22 largest multinational companies of Bangladesh. Across the MNC community, A H Khan & Co is proudly known as the most trustworthy and reliable logistics service provider in the country.

Sales Promotion Service-SPS initiated its journey in 1988 by providing manpower outsourcing services to various multinational companies in Bangladesh. It was the first company to introduce the concept of contractual merchandisers and brand
promoters in Bangladesh. At the moment, SPS is primarily providing distribution and inland
shipping services to three leading MNCs of Bangladesh.

SPS is one of the largest distributors of British American Tobacco Bangladesh (Dhaka South & Bairshal Region markets) and Grameenphone (Munshiganj markets). Furthermore, SPS also provides inland shipping services and carries cement from factory to terminal for Lafarge Holcim Bangladesh

Intrual is a new generation company engaged in providing corporate supplies to leading multinational companies in Bangladesh. Intrual specializes in supplying promotional items, event logistics support, corporate food catering etc.
